The construction of expressway S8 near Sieradz required a huge road bridge to be erected over Warta river. The construction of the bridge started in 2012 and the bridge was opened in 2014. Three main spans were built using balanced cantilever method. Central span of the main bridge is 100 m long, two outer spans are 70 m long. The total length of the bridge is 946 m.
